Sugaring London came on board looking for a complete reset of their social presence. The brand wanted more customers, increased followers, and stronger organic visibility. At the time, their strategy relied heavily on paid ads, averaging under 2,000 views, with no real online community and minimal influencer collaborations.

  • Organic Content

    The first shift was strategy. We removed the heavy dependence on ads and rebuilt the brand’s online presence through organic-first growth, with a strong focus on TikTok. When we started, their TikTok sat at 678 followers. Through culturally relevant, trend-led and lifestyle content, the account grew to just under 10,000 followers, generating over 20 viral videos with views ranging from 200,000 to 1.1 million.

  • Social Media Growth

    Instagram growth followed the same organic-led approach. The account grew from 15,000 to 21,100 followers, generating 5,680,436 views in recent months, with only 2.6% of those views coming from paid ads. This confirmed the shift from paid visibility to genuine audience engagement and reach.

  • Partnership ecosystem

    Alongside content, we built a full influencer and partnership ecosystem from scratch. We sourced, managed, and scaled weekly influencer collaborations, increasing from one influencer per week to two per week receiving treatments and creating content. We also filmed all treatments in-house and captured authentic testimonials, whilst they posted organic reviews to their platfrom.

Content Creation

Content creation sat at the heart of the strategy. We collaborated with some of the top creatives to produce high-quality, scroll-stopping videos for Sugaring London’s social platforms, focusing less on oversaturated trends and more on original, culturally relevant concepts built specifically for the brand. By prioritising authenticity, humour, and real client experiences, the content consistently went viral, reaching hundreds of thousands to over a million views and generating 100+ new customers directly from social media every single month, while building strong creative relationships for ongoing and future collaborations
